Purpose: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly qualified candidates for various industries and positions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, and will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Negotiating offers and closing candidates
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications
  • Utilizing recruiting software to manage applicant flow and job postings
  • Staying current on recruiting trends and best practices
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a staffing firm or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with various industries is a plus
