August, 2020 – VC5 Partners is going virtual for some positions permanently. Like many other companies, we have all learned to work remote over the past few months. We have learned many lessons in the process. One of the greatest is that some of our positions we have always had in the office don’t necessarily need to be in the office. To that end, we are now making a large percentage of our positions virtual.
“It started as something we could not control but what we have learned is that many of our consultants and employees actually get more accomplished at home. This is also exciting because it further promotes our VC5 Green initiative. In India, because of the reduced pollution in the air, people in some cities were able to see the Himalayas for the first time in 50 years. If we can be productive, lower commute times so people can spend more time with their families and lower our environmental footprint, it is a win-win-win,” said Phil Vanderslice, partner at VC5.
